Well-being of our employees

Ever since we were founded in 1947, we've paid close attention to the men and women who contribute to our success, providing our 180 employees with respectful and motivating working conditions, and our HappyIndex® AtWork certification testifies to our commitment to offering a high quality of life at work.

Health and Safety

We collaborated with CARSAT to develop a two-year occupational risk prevention plan, in order to improve the health and safety of our teams in France, with results already higher than national and regional averages.

Skills development

We support our employees throughout their careers to develop their expertise: every year, training needs are assessed and an appropriate programme put in place; internal mobility is also a priority and is facilitated, with 90% of our positions in France initially offered internally.

Professional Equality between Women and Men

In France, we are closely monitoring professional equality, with an index of 93/100 in 2024. We remain determined to continually improve these results and to implement concrete actions to promote equality.

Inclusiveness of People with Disabilities

Since 2018, we have been strengthening the integration and retention of people with disabilities in employment situations. Our efforts include partnerships with suitable businesses and internal awareness initiatives, reflecting our commitment to maintaining a minimum AGEFIPH contribution.
